About this generator
Free Printable Maze Generator
One entrance. One route. Plenty of turns.
Choose a 10 × 10, 16 × 16 or 22 × 22 grid. Each maze is constructed as a connected network without loops, which gives the entrance and exit exactly one connecting route. Its answer sheet follows that route from the top-left opening to the bottom-right exit.
A larger grid creates narrower passages when printed at the same size. Difficulty labels describe grid size rather than a tested age or completion time. Preview several arrangements to choose one suitable for your group.
Keep your favorite arrangement
The same code and difficulty reproduce the same maze in this generator version. Record both from the page footer if you want a second copy later. The code is not an account, a saved online worksheet or a public sharing link.
