About this generator
Free Word Search Maker
Your vocabulary, your puzzle
Start with a nature, space or kitchen word list, or enter your own. The generator accepts 2–18 unique words using A–Z letters. Easy uses a 12 × 12 grid, Medium 16 × 16 and Hard 20 × 20. Every word must fit within the chosen grid size.
Words may share letters. The answer key highlights the placements selected by the generator; filler letters can occasionally create additional occurrences. Check the sheet for unintended words before using it with children.
Generate, review, print
Changing a setting does not silently replace your current worksheet. Select Generate puzzle to apply changes, or Try a new arrangement to create a different code. Open the answer key to inspect the result.
Choose A4 or US Letter and print an answer sheet separately if needed. Use Save as PDF in the browser print dialog to keep a copy. Your custom word list stays in the browser tab and is not saved to a Panlore account.
